Bela Padilla is that starlet riding at the coat-tails of the famous Padilla surname.
The cover to say the least is insensitive and tasteless- like anything darker than her is unacceptable. Gluta Goodness! Pinays have enough anxiety over skin tones already. Weh!

The tagline that came with the cover - "Bela Padilla, Stepping out of the Shadow."
The Shadow of what!? Of herself or of 5 black women?
