SM Buys Net One, Net Quad, Net Square, Net Cube, and Net Plaza at the Fort Bonifacio Global City

Henry Sy’s SM Investments has bought the 5 Net Buildings from the Rufino's Net Group. All 5 buildings are reported to rake in an estimated annual net income of about P1 billion. Well, BPOs make good tenants noh?

BGC The Fort: Scaffolding Collapse at Shangrila Construction Site

A scaffolding collapsed at the Shangrila The Fort construction site- sending debris, metal rods and construction nets raining down on cars and pedestrians below. This happened right in front of the area of Starbucks and the Net Cube building.

A red Toyota Vios was caught under the net and metal rods, construction workers were quick to help the driver and passenger get out of the vehicle.

Serendra Explosion at The Fort Taguig

An explosion devastated the Serendra Two condo at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig around 8:10pm.



Two cars were crushed by debris from the explosion. At least 3 people were killed with an undetermined number of people injured.

 

The cause of the blast was not immediately known, but probably a gas leak.

Police have now cordoned off the area, shards of glass everywhere.
