Senator Lito Lapid's wife and Mark Lapid's Mom, Marissa Tadeo Lapid was arrested in Las Vegas, doin' a "Euro General Scandal" herself, in connection with her November bruhaha of failing to declare $50,000 at the international airport.

Marissa was arrested, released on bail and now sports an ankle bracelet monitoring device ala Lindsay Lohan. Well, ankle bracelets are trendy, ey? She now remains in Las Vegas pending the resolution of the case. So who's cash stash is she smuggling? Lito Lapid's? Mark Lapid's? or Lapid's Chicharon- either way she broke the law.
