$6 Million Marwan Reward Money to go to MILF, not to slain SAF families

Now that the FBI has confirmed that Malaysian bombmaker and Jemaah Islamiya leader Zulkifli bin Hir, alias Marwan was indeed killed in the Mamasapano Maguindanao encounter through DNA tests. The question now is - who's getting the $6 Million reward from the US Federal Bureau of Investigation?

Techinically, it will go to the two informants which got the PNP-SAF to go there in the first place. And the two tipsters just happened to be members of the MILF.

Also police and military personnel are not allowed to receive bounty money.

Where is the money really going? Is it really a good idea to just hand it over to the MILF?

The FBI confirmed  that the DNA sample it received from Philippine authorities came from Marwan.
The PNP-SAF commandos shot Marwan dead and then cut off a finger for DNA analysis and identification, a preliminary report of the PNP's Board of Inquiry said.

In any case, the money cannot go to government troops and intelligent agents, the Armed Forces of the Philippines said Thursday.

"I understand that cash rewards go directly to tipsters who provided the accurate information leading to the success of the mission like the arrest of a terrorist," AFP Public Affairs Office chief Lt. Col. Harold Cabunoc told GMA News Online in a text message. When asked if government troops or intelligence agents are allowed to receive bounties, he just said: "Nope, not allowed."

Kris Aquino and Judy Ann Santos Nagkabati Na Sa Instagram

So bati na si Kris Aquino and Judy Ann Santos, balik na sila sa pag follow sa isa't-isa.

I just came from 1 of my favorite Churches on my way to A&A. I said sorry to God for my sin of pride. I can be impulsive and overly emotional. But I also believe I am never spiteful & always respectful. Above all, I know how to take responsibility for my actions... Before leaving for work, I felt my guardian angel telling me to text @officialjuday. Naglakas loob ako & prayed for the best. Thank You God for answering my prayer. #mutualrespect

This is what Kristina Bernadette Cojuangco Aquino posted on her Instagram mending the online rift between her and Juddy Ann Santos.

I just expressed my thoughts on the situation... I respect and fully understand your actions... Hindi naman talaga madali ang pinagdadaanan mo. - Juday Santos-Agoncillo

So ano naman kaya ang suot na statement T-shirt ni Kris Aquino bukas?

DNA Results by FBI : Marwan Killed in SAF Encounter

The fallen 44 highly trained SAF members have truly accomplished their mission, but at the cost of their lives. How tragic.

Breaking news report from Interaksyon News:

On Wednesday afternoon, according to highly reliable News5 sources, the FBI sent a simple message to Philippine authorities: "DNA matched," a signal that the process of verifying whether the sample obtained had indeed belonged to the Malaysian terrorist had been completed.
Supervising Special Agent Joshua Campbell, that the bureau was conducting laboratory tests on tissue samples from "an unknown person" who was presumably Marwan, as part of US assistance to allies working against terrorism.

What Pinoys are saying about the turn of events of the Mamasapano carnage on Twitter and FB:

So Zulkifli bin Hir known as the terrorist Marwan is now dead. Marwan and bombmaker Abdul Basit Usman were the targets of a 300-man PNP-SAF mission deployed in Tukanalipao village. He is Southeast Asia's most wanted terrorist for his role in the 2002 Bali bombing.
