The decision was meted by Presiding Judge Barbara Aleli Briones of Makati Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 61 who gave wildboy Geisler a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 2 years in prison. He is also to settle the sum of P30,000 to the complainant Patrizha Maree Martinez for moral damages.
