Maan Panganiban- a TV5 Network News Correspondent for Sports and Former UP Fighting Maroon, UAAP courtside reporter and radio DJ- has passed away after her bout with cancer.
She was a UAAP courtside reporter during Season 72 and 73 for ABS-CBN Sports. Maan Panganiban's boyfriend is basketball player Bobby Ray Parks Jr. of the NU Bulldogs, son of 7-time PBA Best Import Bobby Parks.

Pauleen Luna first graced Philippine TV screens in Eat Bulaga in 1995. She was a contestant on Little Miss Philippines, a child beauty pageant segment.
After the intros, talent portion there came the fave question-and-answer portion, hosted by none other than Vic Sotto.
Here Vic regularly asks the little girls "Ilang taon ka na?" (How old are you?) I think that's rather apt to ask on his part.
Fast forward to 2012, you got that little girl (now 23) hooking up with the show's host (still virile at 57) and they make a bizarre pair.
Call it destiny, call it fate or even call it love at first sight- but there's no stopping serial co-host dater Vic Sotto from getting what he wants and this blossoming relationship is shoved at our faces everyday at lunchtime with the added awkwardness of his longtime Ex Pia (now pregnant by a Mr. Mago) sharing screen time with Vic Sotto's new paramour.
Things heated up as of late when Vic Sotto's son, Oyo Boy Sotto tweeted: “Ang dami talagang mukhang pera... ang daming lumalandi! Nakakalungkot (hindi sa akin) Haay nako....”
Pauleen Luna's camp took offense and also issued a statement. "There is no better time for our thoughts, as parents, on the Vic-Pauleen issue, be heard but now, for we wish our daughter nothing more but a peaceful and fulfilled 2012. So the noontime saga goes on, one can't help but wonder how badly magically this will all end up. My money's in the future, betting on another Little Miss Philippines alum, Vic Sotto-Jillian Ward in 2023.
UPDATE: As of this time, Noemi Lagman is back home with her family. Details as to her disappearance and the circumstances surrounding it have been withheld by her family as advised by the Police. What's important is that Noemi's safe and alive!
The disappearance of Noemi Lagman is baffling and a total nightmare for any parent. I'd rather hope that this was a possible case of a teen runaway, rather than assume the worst might have happened to her. But if we get the word out that her dad is doing all he can to look for her, maybe someone might recognize her.
Please help find Noemi Lagman. She is 21 years old, stands 4'10 with a mid-heavy build, a morena teen. She is a student at the Asia Pacific College in Magallanes. She left her house at the Multinational Village, Paranaque yesterday (January 6) around 9am-10am to enroll at her school, she left carrying a substantial amount of money around P33,000 ($600-$700). She was last seen at the entrance of Multinational Village near Duty Free, Paranaque. Her usual route going to school is from Multinational Village (Paranaque) to Heritage Hotel EDSA (Pasay) and to Asia Pacific College, Magallanes (Makati). Her classmates informed her parents that she never reached the school. Her mobile phone couldn't be reached either.
Her Dad even has a message for Noemi:

According to the Rappler, a new Philippine News site, Weisz arrived in Manila last Sunday January 8, via Cathay Pacific flight CX 903 at 6:30 pm for the January film shoot of the Bourne Legacy. Here we can see the lovely Miss Rachel playing paparazzi herself using her own cell phone. Hope she has more fun in the Philippines!
