Baron Geisler vs Patrizha Martinez: Guilty Verdict for Actor

The past has finally caught up with Actor Baron Geisler. After a 5 year legal battle, he is now found guilty of an 'act of lasciviousness' last Monday July 1.

The decision was meted by Presiding Judge Barbara Aleli Briones of Makati Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 61 who gave wildboy Geisler a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 2 years in prison. He is also to settle the sum of P30,000 to the complainant Patrizha Maree Martinez for moral damages.

In 2008, Patrizha Martinez- daughter of 80s pinoy stars William Martinez and Yayo Aguila- attended a party with Geisler. Geisler who was drunk started groping her breasts at the Fiamma bar in Makati.

Baron Geisler is a serial groper. He was also charged with acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation for groping actress Yasmien Kurdi, Cherry Pie Picache and Julia Clarete.

The actor went through a 90 day stint in rehab and was even diagnozed as bipolar. He remains controversial to this day, a known troublemaker on and off cam.
