Its a fact that kids can drown even in 2 inches of water under a minute. This is a goddamed FLOOD!
Someone should be in the water with her, the kid can stand or decide to jump on her own or was the situation was just this desperate?
I do pray these people have enough insurance to cover their cars :(

Scary weather going to Clark: The Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) is left with a huge gaping hole. Typhoon or again with the substandard construction? Look at the rift, its a straight cut thru and thru. C'mon Phil Govt we need better roads and bridges that can withstand typhoons. Lucky no one fell in!
