Pinoy Programmer Awarded $4,500 by Facebook

A Filipino programmer and Web developer Mr. Roy Castillo from Danao City, Cebu, Philippines was rewarded $4,500 (about P195,000) by Facebook under its bug bounty program. Wow!

He's also in White Hat list of Facebook's security team. Galeng!

And he also got a shirt from Yahoo for reporting security bugs in Yahoo! Mail. Ang kuripot naman ni Marissa Mayer. LOL

He's also in Google's Hall of Fame. AWARD! ang taray ni Kuya! This is his blog
For kids aspiring to get into coding and info technology - yeah, give his blog a look-see! Besides how many Pinoy tech idols do we have as of late?
